Four Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is an innovative agency committed to providing the highest quality end of life care to our patients and families. We have Full Time positions, including an excellent benefits package and PRN positions for RNs and CNAs:
Events Coordinator position: Event Coordinator will organize and implement special and fund-raising events. Develop flyers and brochures as requested. Utilize and assist volunteers in the promotion of development events. BA degree plus 2 years relevant experience with a nonprofit organization preferred. 30 hours per week, pro-rated benefits available including health insurance.
Clinical Research Coordinator: Responsible for identifying and recruiting patients, conducting patient visits, and completing electronic and/or hard copy documentation. Will be responsible for effectively communicating with Pharmaceutical Sponsors, IRB's and area Physicians. Ability to travel within the community and to Pharmaceutical-sponsored meetings is required. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Requires 2 years clinical research experience. SOCRA or ACRP certification preferred. LPN or RN degree preferred. Full time with benefits. Competitive salary.
SOCIAL WORKERS: PRN - on an as-needed basis. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to provide hospice psychosocial services at Elizabeth House, facilities, and other sites as needed. The successful candidate must have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Position requires extremely high level of flexibility and ability to multi-task in stressful situations. Position requires a flexible work schedule that may include some week end hours. qualifications: BSW required, MSW or LCSW preferred.
