Heart Songs This unique program provides help for children in surviving loss and grief. Losing a loved one to death is a common but difficult experience in a child’s life. HEART SONGS is a children’s grief support program developed by Four Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care.
The program provides education about the child grief process and offers support for children in group and individual settings. Through the program, children learn about their grief and how to work through the grief process. Parents and other caring adults can develop confidence to support children during this difficult times in their lives.
