Four Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care has contractual relationships with every Nursing Home in Henderson County. Loved ones living in Nursing Homes may be dealing with a terminal illness and need the extra, added attention that our staff can provide.
We work as partners with our community’s nursing homes to ensure that all aspects of your loved one’s end of life healthcare needs are being met. As always, our staff works closely with you, your loved ones, your family physician and the nursing home staff to address each situation.
Four Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care employs physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, chaplains, certified nursing assistants, volunteers and bereavement counselors to deliver an integrated, holistic approach to healthcare, no matter where that person may reside.
